Psa Public Service Agreement

The last 30 PSAs. Three-year PPE was last arrested in 2007. These agreements have results in different departments. Previous versions were within the jurisdiction of each department. Health Trusts are still collecting data on the Mental Health Minimum Data Set.THE PSA16 regional delivery boards have been set up across England and have collaborated with partners in the implementation of regional plans. Regional bodies reported on national intergovernmental structures. The plans for each region were overseen by the Deputy Regional Directors of Social Assistance, and each region had a PSA16 manager. Local authorities were encouraged to incorporate indicators of social exclusion into their local agreements, which was hampered by the lack of solid baseline data. The authorities, whose output performance was among the poorest, were encouraged to identify measures that would achieve PSA16`s targets. These include specific measures to meet needs under a broader indicator, such as NI 152 (working age (benefits for the unemployed) or NI 153 (working-age workers receiving unemployment benefits in the lowest performing neighbourhoods).
